If you live in Spain, please follow these steps to request your transaction history:

1. Click on the 'Contact us' tab on this web page 
2. In the Subject drop down, choose Sending Certificate
3. Complete the following fields on the form:
   1. Your full name
   2. Your customer ID number
   3. Your email address
   4. Your phone number
   5. Your country of residence
   6. Your Ria customer number 
   7. The order number of your last transfer (this is not mandatory if you don't know it)
   8. The full name of your recipient
4. Please attach a copy or picture of your ID document 
5. Init Date and End Date allow you to provide the date between which you'd like your transaction history
6. Click Send message 

We'll send your transaction history to the email address provided within 3 and 5 working days.
