The PIN (personal identification number) helps to keep your transfer secure. Your cash pickup recipient will need the order PIN to collect their cash transfer.
You'll find your PIN in your confirmation email and in your account.
To find your PIN in your account:
- Log in to your account on the app or on the website
- Go to the Activity Feed
- Tap Details on the transfer you want to track
- You'll find your PIN on the Details screen
Please note: your PIN will change if you make a change to your money transfer.
