With the Ria app or website, you can opt in to — or out of — marketing messages at any time. Currently, these include email and push notifications.

Opting in when you create an account
When you register for an account, you'll see a message similar to: "Would you like to receive marketing messages on promotions, savings, news, and more from Ria?"
- Tap Subscribe (or click on the checkbox if you're using our website) to opt-in.
Changing your preferences at any time
You can manage the notifications you receive from us in the app or in your online account.
On the app:
- Log in
- Go to Profile and settings in the upper right-hand corner
- Choose Manage notifications
- Toggle your Email and Push notifications on or off for transfer updates, features, and promotions
On the website:
- Click on Account on the left side of the screen
- Go to Settings and click Notifications
- Toggle your Email and Push notifications on or off for transfer updates, features, and promotions
- Click Apply
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. You'll still receive emails about your account or money transfers if you unsubscribe from marketing emails.
