It’s simple to add, edit, or remove payment methods on your Ria account. You can add multiple payment methods to your account, then choose the one that works best for you when you send a transfer.

Adding a payment method
You can add a payment method from your Ria account at any time!
Keep in mind, Ria only allows three payment methods per payment type on an account. For example, you can have three credit/debit cards and three bank accounts linked to your account — totalling six payment methods. After this number is reached, a payment method will need to be deleted before another is added.
Customer Care cannot enter payment information for you.
Please note: You cannot save Direct Bank Payment details to your account via this route. In countries where this payment method is available, you'll need to input these details during the Send Money process.
On the app:
- Tap the Profile and settings icon in the top right-hand corner
- Tap Payment methods
- Tap Add new payment method
- Choose the payment method you want to add:

Follow and complete the prompts
On the website (US, CA, UK, AU):
- Click the menu icon in the top right-hand corner
- Click Payment methods
- Click Add
- Choose the payment method you want to add
Then, simply follow and complete the prompts.
On the website (ES):
- Click Account on the left side of your screen
- Click Add new method
- If you’ve never sent a transfer, click Add method
- Choose the payment method you want to add
- Enter your payment method information and click Add
Editing a payment method
On the app:
- Tap the Profile and settings icon in the top right-hand corner
- Tap Payment methods
- Select the payment method you want to edit
- Make the changes
- Tap Save
On the website (US, CA, UK, AU):
- Click the menu icon in the top right-hand corner
- Click Payment methods
- Choose the payment method you want to edit and click View/Edit
- Follow and complete the prompts
On the website (ES):
- Click Account on the left side of your screen
- Click the More information icon (three grey dots) of the payment method you’d like to edit
- Click Details
- Make changes and click Save
Deleting a payment method
On the app:
- Tap the Profile and settings icon in the top right-hand corner
- Tap Payment methods
- Select the payment method you want to remove
- Tap Delete
- Tap Delete again (we ask this twice because this action can’t be undone)
On the website (US, CA, UK, AU):
- Click the menu icon in the top right-hand corner
- Click Payment methods
- Choose the payment method you want to delete and click Delete
- Click Delete again (we ask this twice because this action can’t be undone)
On the website (ES):
- Click Account on the left side of your screen
- Click the More information icon (three grey dots) of the payment method you’d like to delete
- Click Delete
- Click Delete again (we ask this twice because this action can’t be undone)
