Send limits
The maximum amount you can send from the United States with our online services is $2,999.99 a day, and $7,999 every 30 days.
Please note: You may be limited to $999 a day until your account has been fully verified. Also, money sent with Xe, our sister company, will count toward your send limit.
There is no way to increase send limits for online transfers.
To send more than this, you’ll need to place your transfer at one of our physical locations. You'll be asked to provide additional information including ID, social security number, and other paperwork.
Send limits for countries outside the US are as follows:
- Spain: €750 a day
- Australia: $5,000 a day
- UK: £5,000 a day (and also per month)
- Canada: $3,000 a day
Exceptions to these limits may vary based on:
Your location
Due to state regulations, senders in the states of Oklahoma, Arizona, and New Mexico may only send $999.99 a day.
Your recipient’s location
Due to regulations, transfers from the United States to Nigeria may not exceed $500.
Payout method
Restrictions from a recipient’s bank or other receiving method may limit the amount you can send.
Agent location limits
Some agent and partner locations may have receiving limits in place.
How do 30-day sending limits work?
You may only send $7,999 within a 30-day time period -- starting at the current date and rolling backwards 30 days.
To figure out how much you are still able to send:
- Add up all the money you've sent in the last 30 days
- Subtract that amount from the 30-day limit of $7,999
- The remaining amount is what you can still send that day (as long as it doesn't go over the daily transfer limit of your country)
