Address
Your address is located in the Contact information section under Profile and settings. You can change your:
- Street address
- City
- State
- Postal code
We will send you a verification code to your phone number or email after this change is made.
ID
We take security seriously and holding accurate identification information for our customers is one part of how we keep you and your money safe. You can update your government-issued ID in the ID type section under Profile and settings.
Your name
Perhaps you’ve gotten married, or you’ve decided to legally change your name for another reason — we’re here to help! You won’t be able to change it on the app or website, but Customer Care can assist you. You will need to email your government-issued ID to us to verify your name change.
Password
Keeping your account safe and secure is important to us. Passwords are just one way we protect you and your money when using Ria. This article explains how to reset or change your password.
Date of birth
You may have made a mistake when you created your account. It happens! You will need to email your government-issued ID to us to verify your correct date of birth.
Changing your country
If you are moving to another country, we hope you continue to use our services! With Ria, you can send money from 15+ countries around the world.
At this time, you must create a new account using a different email address to start sending from a new country.
