The fee you’ll pay for your money transfer will vary depending on how you chose to pay, the currency you’re sending and the country you’re sending money to.
You can check the fee and exchange rate for your specific transfer before you log in to your account by visiting our online price calculator or by clicking the Check our rates button at the bottom of the screen when you open the app.
Checking prices in your Ria account online
If you have a Ria account and send money through our app, website or with one of our digital partners, follow the steps below to check the fee and exchange rate for your transfer.
- Open the Ria app and click Send, or select Send money in your online account.
- Choose where you’re sending money to in your online account (you don't need to do this in the app)
- Complete either the You send or Recipient receives fields
- Select your payment and delivery methods
- Add your promo code, if you have one
The exchange rate will appear beneath the send amount, and the fees will be shown at the bottom of the screen.
Checking prices with your Ria Agent at a store
Visit a nearby Ria store to check the exchange rate and fee for your transfer. Your Ria Agent will need to know:
- Where you're sending money to
- The payout currency
- How much you want to send
- The payment method
- The delivery method
