Incorrect email address or phone number
You’ll need to log in using the email address or phone number (phone number not yet available in the old version of the website) you used to create your Ria account. Make sure you’re not using outdated credentials.
Incorrect password
Check that you haven’t made an error when typing in your password. Please remember that passwords are case-sensitive.
If you’ve tried to enter your password too many times and still can’t login, it’s time to reset your password.
Incorrect security codes
We use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to make it harder for someone else to access your information. If you have not enabled MFA, we use security questions. This article explains what to do if you’re struggling to get authenticated:
Problems with Touch or Face ID
Touch and Face ID usually make logging into the app much easier. Occasionally though, some things can prevent them from working.
- Your finger or fingerprint scanner may not be dry or clean. You’d be surprised how often this causes issues!
- Something may be covering your camera lens. Face ID can be very sensitive and even things like removing your glasses or wearing a hat can cause it to not recognize you.
Technical issues
Unfortunately, it could also be a technical issue with your device or network connection. Try these tips:
- Make sure you are connected to the internet and your phone isn’t in airplane mode
- Refresh the app
- Update your app to the current version available
