We sure can! You’ll need to contact Customer Care if you’re unable to link your Ria accounts on the app.
You may not be able to link your accounts because:
- You’ve got a new phone number or email since your last in-store transfer
- You typed in the wrong ID information
- Your in-store account has been disabled
Have your ID ready when you contact us. You will be asked for the type of ID used and the last two digits of the ID. We will never share the full details of the ID with you for security purposes.
