Forgotten security questions and rejected answers
On the app
If you’re unsure, tap I don’t know the answer. A code will be sent to your email that can be used to log in.
On the website
If you’re trying to log in from the website, you’ll need to call Customer Care and answer some questions to verify your identity. You'll then receive a support code over the phone which will unlock your account.
Locked accounts
Your account will be locked if your security questions have been answered incorrectly too many times. This is for your safety. To unlock your account, you’ll need to call Customer Care to verify your identity.
Helpful hint: Security answers are not case sensitive!
