Money transfers to and from Ukraine
Service in the regions of Donetsk and Luhanks has been suspended.
The sending service from Ukraine to countries abroad has been also suspended based on the National Bank of Ukraine Decree No. 18 dated February 24, 2022. It will be restored after receiving a decision from the NBU to remove the restriction.
You can still receive Ria money transfers at more than 10,0000 locations. All banks are open and have sufficient cash in areas where there are no threats to human life.
Cash pickup alternative channels
Any cash transfer can be picked up through these alternative channels. To access funds, recipients need to download their bank's app and input their Ria PIN. Contact the banks for further instructions.

Bank deposits
In April 2022, we enabled bank deposits in Ukraine, including deposits to cards as this method is easier and payments are instant.
For deposits to cards, you should provide the complete card number. The card must be active, not expired. For deposits using the IBAN, the customer must provide the complete IBAN number (29 digits). Keep in mind that modifications are not accepted.
Payment time
- Bank cards: Real-time to any Ukrainian bank
- IBAN: Real-time for IBAN at Privatbank; Standard bank delivery times for third-party banks
Payout currencies
- UAH - for third-party banks
- UAH, EUR, USD - for Privatbank
Order limits:
- 29 999 UAH - for third-party banks
- 149 999 UAH, 4500 EUR, 5000 USD - for Privatbank
Cash withdrawal via large ATM networks
You have the ability to withdraw cash (UAH only) from your card at bank ATMs regardless if it’s a card issued by the ATM bank or any other Ukrainian bank. Cash withdrawal limits are the following:
- Privatbank – 20.000 UAH per 3 hours in 5.000+ ATM’s
- Oschadbank – 50.000 UAH per 1 day in 2.000+ ATM’s
- Raiffeisenbank – 20.000 UAH per 1 day in 1,400+ ATM’s
- Ukrsibbank – 20.000 UAH per 1 day in 700+ ATM’s
Cash withdrawal via chain stores and gas stations in Ukraine
If there is no possibility to withdraw cash at bank branches in your area, you may withdraw cash (UAH only) at a store, pharmacy, or gas station. You can receive between 500 UAH and 6,000 UAH, depending on cash availability.

At this time, our money transfer services to Russia and Belarus are suspended. Transfers sent before this decision that have not been received can still be collected in RUB (local currency).
Tajikistan
There are no services available in Tajikistan due to partner restrictions.
