Once your transfer is marked “paid,” we can send you a payment confirmation - a document which shows that we’ve sent your transfer to your recipient.
Many customers use payment confirmations for their financial records, or to help a recipient’s bank trace the transfer.
A payment confirmation includes:
- The order date (when the transfer was set up)
- The payment date (when we sent it to your recipient)
- The amount sent and currency
- The receiving account details
To request one, just contact us and ask for your payment confirmation.
- If you’re the sender: We’ll send it directly to you.
- If you’re the recipient: Please ask the sender to request confirmation from us and forward it to you.
