Follow the steps below to close your account in the Ria app.
If you use the Ria app:
- Click on the profile icon on the app
- Tap Personal details
- Scroll down and click the Delete account button
If you use the Ria website:

Start a chat by clicking the chat button in the bottom-right corner of your screen
- Or contact our Customer Care Team
| Note: If you delete your digital account (app or website), your Ria store account will also be deleted. To send money in person after that, you’ll need to open a new store account. |
