Ria app
If you use the Ria app, follow these steps:
- Click on the profile icon on the app
- Tap Personal details
- Scroll down and click the Delete account button
Ria website and Ria store
If you use the Ria website or visit a Ria store, our Customer Care Team can help you close your account.

| Note: If you delete your digital account (app or website), your Ria store account will also be deleted. To send money in person after that, you’ll need to open a new store account. |
