If you were referred to Ria or you referred a friend but didn’t receive discount, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

 The person referred didn’t qualify as a valid referral:

• They are not a U.S. resident
• They didn’t enter the referral code before completing their first transfer
• They already had a Ria account or previous transfer history

The transfer didn’t qualify for the discount:

• The transfer amount was less than $50
• The transfer was domestic (not international)
• The transfer was not completed successfully or was canceled
