🎁 How to claim your reward
1. Click the link in the invitation message
- You’ll receive a link to the Ria app by SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Use it to download the app on the App Store or Google Play.
2. Create your Ria account
- On the Create your account screen, click “Have a referral code?” to enter your friend's code.
3. Complete your first transfer
Now that your account is set up, it's time to send your first transfer!
- If you entered the referral code during registration, the promo will appear automatically.
- If you didn’t enter it earlier, tap “Add promo code” on the Send Money or Transfer Summary screen and enter the referral code manually.
💡 When should I enter the referral code?
You can enter the referral code:
- During account registration, or
- When you make your first transfer
⚠️ Important: Be sure to enter the referral code before you complete your first transfer. It can’t be applied afterward or to future transfers.
🎉 What reward do I receive if I’m referred to Ria by a friend?
You’ll get $20 off your first international Ria transfer when you send $50 or more.
✅ How to qualify for the $20 discount
To receive your $20 discount, make sure to:
- Enter the promo code before your first transfer
- Send money internationally (domestic USD to USD transfers don’t qualify)
- Send $50 or more in a single transfer
❗ What happens if the transfer is canceled?
If a transfer with a referral discount is canceled, the discount will automatically apply to your next transfer - as long as it qualifies (international and $50 or more).
