Who can send money through WhatsApp?
Customers in the United States can send money to Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Perú, Philippines or Sierra Leone using WhatsApp. The service is available in English and Spanish.

What are the send limits?
You can send between $1 and $999.99 per day via WhatsApp with Ria.
What are my payment options?
Currently, you can pay using a debit card only when sending money through WhatsApp.
What are the delivery options on WhatsApp?
When you send via WhatsApp, your recipient can receive the money through:
Bank deposit — sent directly to their bank account
Cash pickup — collected at a selected pickup location
Mobile wallet — sent directly to their wallet

Are there additional fees?
No. There are no additional fees for using WhatsApp to send money with Ria.
