Who can send money through WhatsApp?
Customers in the United States can send money to the following countries using WhatsApp:
Argentina, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Georgia, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Sierra Leone, Spain and Venezuela.
The service is available in English and Spanish.

What are the send limits?
You can send between $1 and $999 per day via WhatsApp with Ria.
What are my payment options?
Currently, you can pay using a debit card only when sending money through WhatsApp.
What are the delivery options on WhatsApp?
When you send via WhatsApp, your recipient can receive the money through:
Bank deposit — sent directly to their bank account
Cash pickup — collected at a selected pickup location
Mobile wallet — sent directly to their wallet

Most transfers arrive in minutes, but times may vary depending on the time and day of the week, and routine security checks. Learn more here.
Are there additional fees?
No. There are no additional fees for using WhatsApp to send money with Ria.
