Our Track a transfer tool allows senders and recipients to check their transfer in real-time.

Track a transfer in the Ria app:

• Tap Track at the bottom of the screen

Track a transfer on the Ria website:

• Before you log in, you'll see Track a transfer at the top of the homepage 
• After logging in, Track transfer is under the top-right menu icon

To track a transfer, you'll need:

• the PIN or order number
• Australian residents will also need the sender’s date of birth and recipient’s country
