We understand how important it is for you to be able to track your transfer. This is why we've created an advanced and quick tool for both senders and recipients to view status updates in real-time, regardless of location.
This tool is called Track a Transfer. Recipients don’t need an account to use this feature.
Scan the QR code to track your transfer now:
On the app:
After login - Tap Track at the bottom of the screen
On the website:
Before login - Click Track Transfers at the top of the homepage
After login - Click Track Transfers under the top-right menu icon
Once you get to the Track a transfer screen, enter the PIN.
If you live in Australia, you will also need to provide the Sender’s date of birth and Recipient’s country.
Please be patient when tracking orders. It can take several days for a transfer to be complete.
This tool gives you the information you need so you won't be left asking questions like, "Where is my transfer?" and "Did they receive/pick up their money?"
But no matter what, senders will always receive email updates on major status changes. This is just another feature we provide to ensure that you're satisfied with your money transfer experience.
