You need your Ria Wallet PIN to authorize transactions made through your Ria Wallet.

To change your PIN (when you know your current PIN):

1. Open the Ria Money Transfer app.

2. Go to Profile and Settings.

3. Tap Change 6-digit wallet passcode.

4. Enter your current 6-digit wallet passcode.

5. Enter and confirm your new 6-digit passcode to complete the process.

If you forgot your PIN:

You can reset it in the app by following these steps:

1. Tap Forgot Passcode.

2. Enter your identification document number (ID or Passport).

3. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

4. Set a new 6-digit passcode to complete the process.
