You won't be able to send money if the ID document you provided to verify your identity (such as your passport or visa) has expired.
To send money again, you'll need to submit a valid identification document.
You can do this by:
Uploading a new identification document in the Ria app, when prompted.
Visiting a Ria store to resubmit your valid documents.
Once your new ID has been verified, you'll be able to use all Ria Wallet features again, including sending money.
