You won't be able to send money if your ID document (such as your passport or visa) has expired.
To send money again, you'll need to provide a new, valid identification document.
You can do this by:
Uploading a new identification document in the Ria app, when prompted.
Visiting a Ria store to resubmit your valid documents.
Once your new ID has been verified, you'll be able to use all Ria Wallet features again, including sending money.
