You can cancel your Fintoc-funded transfer in the Ria app.

1. Head to the Home screen in the app and choose the transfer you'd like to cancel
2. On the Transfer details screen, open the Summary tab
3. At the bottom of the screen, click Cancel transfer
4. Choose the reason you're cancelling your transfer
5. Click Confirm cancellation

Please note that it's not possible to cancel all Fintoc-funded transfers. We'll email you when we receive your cancellation request, and when your order has been cancelled.

Refunds

Once you've cancelled your transfer, please allow up to 3 working days for your money to be credited to your account.
