Speak to us on chat, by phone, or log in to your account in the app or online to cancel your transfer.
Ask Aria to cancel your transfer:
- Click the orange Chat with us button in the bottom right-hand corner of this screen
- Choose the transfer that you want to cancel
- Confirm that you want to cancel your transfer
Cancel in the app:
- Go to the Activity screen
- Choose the transfer that you want to cancel
- On the Transfer details screen, click Cancel Transfer
- You'll be asked to tell us why you want to cancel your transfer. This information helps us to understand your experience and improve our service.

You'll see confirmation that your order's been cancelled
Cancel from your account online:
- Log in to your account
- On the Activity screen, select the transfer and click Cancel
- Fill out the details and click Submit
If you made your transfer in person:
- Please contact our Customer Care team to cancel your transfer.
Why can't my transfer be cancelled?
We can't cancel your transfer if it's been paid to your recipient.
If you're requesting a cancellation and are sending money to a recipient's bank account, we must first check with the correspondent bank to see if the transfer has been paid to the recipient. If they confirm that the transfer has been paid, we won't be able to cancel your transfer.
