The PIN (personal identification number) helps to keep your transfer secure. Your cash pickup recipient will need the order PIN to collect their cash transfer.
You'll find your PIN in your confirmation email, your account, or your physical receipt if you sent in person from a Ria location.
To find the PIN in your account on the app or website:
Log in to your account on the app or website.
On the Home screen, you'll see your recent transfers. Select View all to see the full list.
Tap your transfer, and the transfer PIN will show.
To find the PIN on your physical receipt:
- You'll find your PIN near the top-right corner of your receipt, just below the order number.
