To collect a transfer, we must see valid, government-issued photo ID from the recipient. This is a strict requirement to ensure both your security and the safety of your funds.
If your recipient's ID has expired, please ask them to bring a different form, like a passport or driver's licence.
Note: for security purposes, Customer Care can only assist senders. If your recipient is unable to pick up the money, you will need to get in touch with us.
