The PIN (personal identification number) helps to keep your transfer secure. Your cash pickup recipient will need the order PIN to collect their cash transfer.
You'll find your PIN in your confirmation email, your account, or your physical receipt if you sent in person from a Ria location.
To find the PIN in your account on the app or website:
- Log in to your account on the app or on the website
- Go to the Activity Feed
- Tap Details
To find the PIN on your physical receipt:
- You'll find your PIN near the top-right corner of your receipt, just below the order number.

Please note: If you make a change to your transfer, your PIN may change. If this is the case, our Customer Care team will let you know and give you a new PIN.
