We'll do everything we can to ensure your money reaches your recipient as quickly as possible, but some transfers may take longer than expected.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do to expedite the process and we'll contact you if we need any more information to get your money moving.
Here are some examples of why your transfer could be delayed:
You used a slower payment option
Transfers funded with debit cards, credit cards, and cash (once paid for) typically arrive within minutes of being sent.
Sending with a bank account will usually take between 3 and 5 business days. Additionally, bank accounts will need to be verified before you use them for the first time.
Your transfer is under review
Even if you’ve sent money with Ria before, your transfer may be reviewed. Reviews may happen in several situations. This is done to ensure our services remain open and secure for everyone.
You will receive an email from us if we need more information to review your transfer. Review times can vary.
