What do I need to do?
We'll email you if we need more information or specific documents from you. Please check your inbox and junk folder regularly if your transfer's under review so that you can respond as quickly as possible.
If you don’t hear from us, you don’t need to do anything.
Please note: we will cancel your transfer if we don't receive the additional information we request within 3 days. |

Apart from responding to our emails as quickly as possible, there's nothing you can do to speed up the review process.
We know that unexpected transfer delays are frustrating. We review transfers in the order in which we receive them. Rest assured that we’ll get your transfer on its way as soon as we can.
