How do I provide documents?
For customers using the Ria app or website:

To upload documents when prompted:
- Choose the type of document you'll share
- Make sure that the document you upload shows everything we need to see
- Click Upload document
- Take a picture of the document, choose a saved image or upload a file
- Make sure your image or file shows all information and that it's clear, not blurry or grainy
- Click Submit document
- You'll see the Documents received screen. Your order status will be On hold whilst we review your documents.
For customers transacting in person at a Ria location:
If we require additional documents and we have your email on file, we will send you an email detailing the information needed from you. Please follow the directions in the email to provide the documents.
If we do not have your email on file, we will contact you on your registered phone number to inform you that more information is needed.
In either case, you can bring your documents to a Ria location where an agent can upload the documents on your behalf.
