A transfer is typically put on hold because we need more information from you before the transfer is sent. This could mean:
- You need to verify your bank account
- You need to update a phone number or address
We will email you about next steps if your transfer is on hold. If you made your transfer in person at a Ria location and we do not have an email on file, we will call you on your registered phone number to inform you of the next steps. Once the information is provided and approved, your transfer will be released from the hold.
