You can apply your promo code when you're sending money, either in the Ria app or in your account online.
You can't add a promo code to a transfer you've already created, so follow the steps below to use your promo code before you confirm your money transfer.
To add your promo code on the app:
- Start a transfer
- Enter the country you’re sending money to
- Complete the 'You send' field
- Choose your payment method and delivery method
- Now click Add promo code
- Enter your promo code
- Tap the ➕ on the right
- Now that you've added your promo code, continue with your transfer as normal
To add your promo code on the website:
- Click Send money on the left-hand side of the screen
- Choose the country you're sending money to
- Enter the amount you want to send
- Choose the Delivery method
- Choose your Payment method
- Now click Add promo
- Click Continue and complete your money transfer
