We will email you if we need specific documents from you to verify your transfer. We recommend keeping an eye on your inbox and junk or spam folder so that you can provide this information as quickly as possible.
We will cancel your transfer if we don’t receive requested information from you within 3 days.
Once the review is complete, we'll let you know by email. You could also turn push notifications on in the Ria app to make sure you don't miss anything.
