What is Ria ATM payout?
It's a way to receive money sent to you through Ria as cash, straight from any Euronet ATM in Spain. You don't need a bank account or a card — just your phone and a PIN.
How does it work, step by step?
- Someone sends you money at a Ria store and gives us your name and mobile number.
- If you're new to Ria (or your details need updating), you'll get a text message with a link to register and verify your identity. It only takes a few minutes.
- Once everything is confirmed, the sender receives a PIN by SMS, which they'll share with you. You'll also receive a separate notification confirming that you can go to the ATM, but it won't include the PIN.
- You go to any Euronet ATM, enter the PIN, and we text you a 6-digit security code.
- Enter the code at the ATM and collect your cash. That's it!
What do I need to collect my money?
Just two things:
- The PIN — the person who sent you the money receives it, so ask them for it.
- Your mobile phone — we'll text you a security code while you're at the ATM, so make sure your phone is with you and can receive messages.

How long do I have to collect the money?
You have 7 days from the moment the order is placed. After that, the transaction expires and the sender will need to place a new order.
