This promotion is organised, run and fulfilled solely by Osmani Exchange and Money Services Company ("Osmani Exchange"). Osmani Exchange sets these terms and is solely responsible and liable for the promotion, including the draws, the selection and notification of winners, and the delivery of prizes.

Ria Money Transfer ("Ria") is not the promoter. Ria's only connection to this promotion is that a transfer must have been sent with Ria to take part. Ria does not run the draws, select winners or deliver prizes, and accepts no responsibility or liability for any part of this promotion.

1. Promotion period

1.1. The promotion runs from Thursday 15 October 2026 (23 Mizan 1405) to Tuesday 2 February 2027 (13 Dalw 1405).

1.2. There are 16 weekly draws, held every Thursday from 22 October 2026 to 4 February 2027. Each draw covers the transfers paid out in the 7 days before it, from Thursday to Wednesday:

1.3. Transfers paid out after 2 February 2027 do not take part.

2. Who can take part

2.1. You can take part if you:

• are 18 years old or over;
• receive a money transfer sent with Ria from abroad to Afghanistan; and
• collect that transfer at an Osmani Exchange agency, in Kabul or in the provinces, during the promotion period.

3. How to enter

3.1. Entry is automatic. There is nothing to register, apply for or pay.

3.2. Every qualifying transfer is one entry in the draw for the week it was paid out.

3.3. Only transfers that have been successfully paid out to you count. Cancelled, rejected, reversed, unpaid or fraudulent transfers do not count.

3.4. Transfers of any amount qualify. There is no minimum.

4. Prizes

4.1. 30 winners are drawn each week, for 480 winners in total over the 16 weeks.

4.2. Each winner receives one electric heater (for example the MINIX MX-470 parabolic electric heater, or a similar model chosen by Osmani Exchange).

4.3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other item, and cannot be transferred to another person.

5. Draws and winners

5.1. Osmani Exchange carries out each draw, selecting the winners at random from that week's entries. Osmani Exchange keeps records of every draw, the winners selected and the prizes handed over.

5.2. Osmani Exchange calls each winner by phone.

5.3. Before receiving the prize, each winner is checked against the details of their Ria transfer and must show valid identification. Winners collect the prize at the Osmani Exchange agency where they collected the winning transfer, and sign to confirm they have received it.

5.4. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 30 days, Osmani Exchange may select another eligible winner.

6. Personal data

6.1. Osmani Exchange is responsible for any personal data it uses to run this promotion, including to contact winners and hand over prizes. Questions about this should be sent to Osmani Exchange using the contact details above.

7. General

7.1. Osmani Exchange decides any matter about this promotion that these terms do not cover.

7.2. Where Osmani Exchange publishes its own terms and conditions for this promotion, those terms apply together with these. If there is any conflict, Osmani Exchange's terms prevail.

7.3. Osmani Exchange may change, suspend or cancel this promotion where required by law or by circumstances outside its control.

7.4. Taking part in the promotion means you accept these terms and conditions.

7.5. Sending or receiving a Ria transfer is subject to Ria's standard terms and conditions, which are not changed by this promotion.
