How long your refund takes depends on the country you sent from, whether you used the Ria app, website, or a store, and how you paid. Refund times start once your transfer is canceled and we've confirmed it.
If you tried to pay with a debit card, the payment failed, and you still see a charge, see My card was charged but my transfer wasn't confirmed.

If you made your order in the app and paid cash
Collect your refund at the same type of location where you paid:
- If you paid at a Ria branch, go to any Ria branch.
- If you paid at Turbus, go to any Turbus location.
If you paid with Sencillito or CL47
- Contact us and ask to cancel your transfer.
- Fill out the refund form we send you, and send it back.
Once we confirm we've received your form, your refund takes 1–5 business days.
If you paid with Fintoc
Cancel your transfer in the Ria app. We send your refund right away, and it takes 1–3 business days to show in your account.
Europe
If you sent money at a Ria store

If you paid cash, collect your refund at any Ria store in the country where you sent the money.
If you paid by debit card, go back to the store where you sent the money. Staff refund your card at the card terminal, and the money shows in your account in 3–5 business days.
