You need to have a phone number to register for a Ria account. Follow the steps below if you need to change the phone number on your account.
If you can log in to your account:
- If you can log in, update your phone number in your Ria account
If you need to verify your account but can't receive a one-time passcode by text:
- If you need to verify your account but can't receive the one-time passcode by text, start signing in to your account in the app and tap Didn't get the code? and then I can't access this phone. A verification code will be sent to your email address instead, and you'll be able to change your phone number after you've signed in.
|If you've lost access to both the email address and phone number on your account, or if only one was listed on your profile, we won't be able to help you recover your account.
