You can update the address registered to your Ria account in the app or online.
To update your address in the app:
- Login and click on the Profile icon
- Tap Personal details
- Click Update next to your address
- Edit and click Save
To update your address in your account online :
- Login and choose Account followed by Profile
- Click on the pencil icon next to Address
- Edit and click Save
The address registered to your account should match the billing address of the credit or debit card you use to pay for transfers. If the two addresses don’t match, your transfer could be delayed.
Moving to a different country?
You’ll need to create a new account with a different email address. You won’t be able to change your country of residence on an existing account.
