You can update your email address in the Ria app.

It's not something that you can do in your online account and isn't something that our Customer Care team can help with either. 

To update your email address in the Ria app:

1. Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of your screen
2. Choose Personal details 
3. Tap Edit next to the Email field
4. Enter the correct email address and tap Verify
5. Clickk the link in the verification email to confirm the change

To update your email if you're in person at a Ria location:

1. Visit your local Ria location
2. Provide the agent with your updated email
