When to contact us

For name changes

• Contact us and we'll help you change your name. You'll need to email us a copy of government-issued ID to so that we can verify your name change.

To change your date of birth

• Contact us to update your date of birth. You'll need to email us a copy of government-issued ID to so that we can verify date of birth.

Changing your country of residence

If you're moving to a different country, you'll need to create a new account and use a new email address. It's not currently possible to change this in your account.
