Cash In lets you accept physical cash from a customer and add the same amount to their Ria wallet.
You can do this in the Merchant Portal or the Merchant App.

How Cash In works
- You take cash from the customer.
- You send the same amount from your merchant wallet to the customer’s wallet.
- The customer gets the money instantly.
Before you start
- Make sure the customer’s wallet is active; use Customer wallet lookup to confirm. Learn more.
- Check that the wallet has a balance of RM 10,000 or more.
Cash In on the Ria Merchant Portal
- Receive cash from the customer.
- Click Cash in on the dashboard.
- Enter the amount and submit.
- Review the receipt on screen.
- Download or email the receipt to the customer.

- Receive cash from the customer.
- Tap Cash in on the home screen.
- Enter the amount and submit.
- Review the receipt in the app.
- Download or share the receipt with the customer.

- Cash In is processed instantly.
- Always confirm the customer details before you continue.
- Keep a copy of the receipt for your records.
My Cash In failed. What should I do?
Check your wallet balance and the customer’s wallet status to confirm the money wasn’t transferred.
