Wallet to bank transfer lets you move money from your Ria merchant wallet to your registered bank account.
You can only transfer to the bank account you provided during onboarding.

Wallet to bank transfer on the Merchant Portal
- Click Credit Transfer from the top menu on the home screen.
- Enter the transfer amount.
- Submit the transfer request.
Wallet to bank transfer on the Merchant App
- Open the menu and tap Wallet to bank transfer.
- Enter the transfer amount.
- Submit the transfer request.
Good to know
- Transfers can take up to one business day to complete.
- You can’t cancel a transfer once it’s submitted.
