Types of retail QR payments
There are two types: dynamic QR and static QR.
Dynamic QR
What is dynamic QR?
Dynamic QR lets you enter the payment amount first.
The amount shows automatically on the customer’s screen after they scan the code.

How to use dynamic QR
- From the home screen, tap QR and choose Dynamic QR.
- Enter the amount and submit.
- Ask the customer to scan the QR code and pay.
- The funds are credited instantly to your wallet.
- Check the Portal or App to confirm the payment.
Static QR
What is static QR?
Static QR uses a fixed QR code.
The customer scans it and enters the payment amount themselves.

- The customer enters the amount and pays.
- The funds are credited instantly to your wallet.

Retail payment
If the customer scans your QR using Pay or their camera, it’s treated as a purchase.
You keep the digital funds and give the customer their items.

Cash Out
If the customer selects Withdraw before scanning, it’s treated as Cash Out.
You receive the digital funds and give the customer physical cash.
