How to donate to NBU?

If you’d like to make a zero-fee donation to NBU, the process is similar to how you’d make a transfer to a loved one.

Follow the 10-steps below:

1. Create an account (if you haven't already)
2. Tap Send or Send money now
3. Enter your money transfer details:
   • The country you’re sending to — Type Ukraine to donate
   • The amount you’re sending
   • Payment method
   • Delivery method — You must choose bank to donate
4. Review total donation and tap Continue

5. Add a recipient
   • Type National Bank into the First Name field
   • Type Of Ukraine into the Last Name field
6. Type Kiev, Kyyivska Oblast in the City, State field — This city and state is required to donate
7. Tap Continue

8. Fill out the Delivery Method information:
   • Search Donations to NBU – Funds will be transferred through Privatbank on the Add recipient’s bank screen.
9. Tap Continue

10. Review details of the transfer and tap Confirm
