How to offer assisted remittance
You complete the transfer in the customer’s Ria app.
- Open the customer’s Ria app.
- Tap Send, then International transfer.
- Enter the transfer details and the recipient’s details.
- Review the send amount and fee with the customer.
- Confirm the transfer.
- Scan your merchant QR code to apply your commission.
- Complete the transfer.
