If you're a customer in Malaysia who has enabled your Ria eWallet, you'll be able to request a prepaid card in the app by clicking Get card, or by visiting a Ria store.
To request a physical card in the app:
- Click Get card underneath your eWallet balance
- Choose the type of prepaid card you want. You can choose:
- A physical card

A virtual card
Receiving your physical card
We can send your physical card to you in the mail, or you can collect it from a Ria store.
- There is a RM10 delivery charge for cards that are sent to you by mail.
Requesting a physical card by mail
If you choose to receive your physical card by mail you will need to:
- Check the name and delivery address for your card are correct.
- Click Edit to change and save your mailing address.
- There's a one-time delivery charge of 10 MYR. This fee will be deducted from your eWallet balance.
- If your mailing address is correct, you're happy with the RM10 fee and agree to the terms and conditions, click Agree and continue
- If you have RM10 in your eWallet enter your 6-digit eWallet passcode (the code you use when you make a transfer)
- If you have less than RM10 in your eWallet, you can add money now, or come back later to request your physical card.
- Your card will be delivered to you within 5 business days
Collecting a physical card in-store
Click the Find a Ria store button at the bottom of the screen to find a location near you if you want to collect your card.
You can collect your card at the best time for you and there's no charge. Just ask a member of our in-store team for your physical card. They'll take you through the next steps.
What is the delivery time for a physical card sent by mail?
Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
Our delivery partner will try again. If they still can’t deliver it, the card will be returned to us. If that happens, please get in touch and we’ll help you.
