The Ria Prepaid Card allows Ria eWallet customers in Malaysia make payments and purchases anywhere Mastercard is accepted - online or in-store, to withdraw cash from ATMs worldwide or to pay for subsriptions. 

 

What types of cards are available?

We offer two types of Ria prepaid cards:

• Virtual card – Perfect for online purchases, both in Malaysia and overseas.
• Physical card – Use it for online and in-store purchases, contactless payments, and ATM cash withdrawals.
   

Is there a charge for prepaid cards?

Yes - a physical card has a one-time fee of RM10. Virtual cards are free.

Here’s everything you need to know about Ria Prepaid Card fees:

• Physical card: RM10 (one-time)

• Replacement physical card: RM10

• Annual fee: None

• ATM withdrawal - domestic: RM1 per transaction

• ATM withdrawals (international): RM10 per transaction

• Purchases in stores or online abroad: 1.25% of purchase amount
  
   

Can I have both a physical and virtual card?

Yes! You can activate both in the app.

 

Can I use the prepaid card overseas?

Yes, you can - you can use it anywhere Mastercard is accepted - online or in-store - and to withdraw cash from ATMs worldwide.

A small fee applies when you use your card overseas:

• ATM withdrawals (international): RM10 per transaction

• Purchases in stores or online abroad: 1.25% of the purchase amount
