The Ria Prepaid Card allows Ria eWallet customers in Malaysia to make online and in-store payments and withdraw funds from ATMs anywhere in the world. 

What types of card are available?

Physical and virtual cards are available.

• You can use virtual cards for online purchases domestically and internationally
• You can use physical cards for online and in-store purchases, contactless purchases and to withdraw withdraw cash at ATMs

Is there a charge for prepaid cards?

There's a 10 MYR charge for physical cards delivered by mail. This fee will be taken from the balance in your eWallet account.

There's no charge for physical cards collected from a Ria store and virtual cards are free of charge, too.

Can I have a physical and virtual card?

Yes, you can! You can activate both cards in the app.
