This article explains how you manage you can manage your Ria prepaid card in the app.  

Managing your cards

You can manage your cards by clicking Details in the Ria Cards section on the eWallet home screen.

In the card management screen you can:

• See your card details (the card number, CVV and expiry date) 
• Temporarily lock your card
• Change your card PIN (physical cards only)
• Manage how you use your card at home and abroad
• Check card limits and fees for domestic and international payments
• Replace your card if it's lost, stolen, damaged or has expired (physical cards only)
• Permanently block your card (physical cards only)
• Delete your virtual card (virtual cards only)

How to temporarily lock your card

1. Click the toggle next to Lock card and confirm that you do want to lock it
2. Once locked, the management screen will show Unlock card. Click the toggle to unlock your card.

How to change your card PIN (physical cards only)

1. Click Change Card PIN
2. Enter your 6-digit eWallet passcode
3. Create and confirm your new 6-digit card PIN

Manage how you use your card at home and abroad

1. Click Domestic payments or International payments 
2. Click the toggle to enable or disable each payment option for domestic and international use

View limits and fees

• The limits and fees for each transaction type show in this screen.
• Click Domestic or International to view the limits and fees for transactions at home and abroad.

Replace card (physical cards only)

If your card is lost, stolen or has expired, click the Replace card button.

1. Your existing card will be permanently blocked and you won't be able to use it anymore
2. Choose the reason that you're requesting a replacement
3. When you click Request a replacement, you'll be asked to check and confirm your mailing address

If your card was damaged, please contact us to request a new one. 

Permanently block your card (physical cards only)

• If you choose to permanently block your card, you won't be able to use it anymore. 

Permanently delete your card (virtual cards only)

• By clicking Delete virtual card, your card will be removed from your eWallet and you won't be able to use it anymore. This is a permanent action and can't be undone.
