Activating your virtual card
Your virtual card is ready to use as soon as you've agreed to the terms and conditions and entered your eWallet passcode. You'll see your virtual card on your eWallet home screen.
Activating your physical card
Once you've received your card, click Activate in the Ria Cards section on the Ria eWallet home screen.
- After clicking Activate, confirm you have your card
- If you've not received your card in the mail and it's been 5 business days since you requested it, please contact us for support.
- If you do have your card, enter the 3-digit security code (CVV) on the back of your card
- Click Activate
- Choose and confirm a 6-digit PIN. You'll use this PIN to withdraw cash at an ATM and to verify transactions.
- Your first transaction needs to be in-person using chip and PIN
