You can withdraw money at any ATM in Malaysia or worldwide (subject to daily and monthly ATM limits). Standard fees and charges apply.

My card was swallowed by the ATM

If your card was swallowed, please contact the ATM's support line to report it and to identify the cause.

You should then request a replacement card through the Ria app.

I was charged but didn’t receive cash

If you don't receive cash, but notice the withdrawal was debited from your wallet, please contact the ATM’s support line to report the issue.
