You can temporarily lock a physical or virtual Ria prepaid card by clicking Details in the Ria Cards section on the eWallet home screen.
- In the eWallet management screen, click the toggle next to Lock card and confirm that you do want to lock it
- Once locked, the management screen will show Unlock card
- Click the toggle to unlock your card
