You should freeze your card immediately if you lose it, or if it's stolen, before requesting a new one.
To freeze your card:
- Click Details in the Ria Cards section on the eWallet home
- In the eWallet management screen, click the toggle next to Lock card
To request a new card:
You can request a new card in the app if your card is lost, stolen or has expired. A card replacement fee of RM10 applies.
- Click Details in the Ria Cards section on the eWallet home screen
- Click Replace card
- Click Request a replacement
- Confirm or update your mailing address
When you request a new card your previous card will be permanently blocked and you won't be able to use it.
