You can request a new card in the app if your card is lost, stolen or has expired.
- Click Details in the Ria Cards section on the eWallet home screen
- Click Replace card
- Click Request a replacement
- Confirm or update your mailing address
When you request a new card your previous card will be permanently blocked. You won't be able to use your physical card until your new card arrives.
The Ria prepaid card is only available to customers in Malaysia who have enabled the Ria eWallet. |
