Attorney or insurance company check made payable to you.
Proof of sale from a home closing statement or escrow check stub.
Your most recent tax return.
Line of credit or bank loan statement.
Document requirements
When you submit your documents, please make sure they meet these conditions:
The document must include your name.
If the bank statement is under a company name, a valid business license must also be provided.
Documents must be no older than 30 days.
The document must clearly show the entity where the funds come from (for example, the bank’s name, slogan, or official stamp).
The balance or amount shown must be equal to or greater than the transfer amount.
All documents must be legible and complete (include all pages).
